Comparison
ParkIn OS vs MyGate vs NoBrokerHood vs ADDA
Three of the names an Indian lot owner or RWA secretary hears when they search for parking software. Here is what each is actually built for, what ParkIn OS does not do, and pricing where it is public. No market share numbers, no review scores. We could not verify either for any of the four.
What each is built for
Every competitor cell below is the same for MyGate, NoBrokerHood and ADDA where we could not find a public, vendor-published source to tell them apart. That is a limit of what is publicly verifiable, not a claim that they are identical products.

Where ParkIn OS does not compete
ParkIn OS does not do visitor management, gate security, society accounting or amenity booking. Those are MyGate, NoBrokerHood and ADDA's core ground. If that is what you need, ParkIn OS is the wrong tool. If your actual problem is parking dues and the daily cash count, ParkIn OS is built for exactly that, and nothing else is bundled into the price.
Before you switch
No. ParkIn OS is scoped to parking: vehicles, dues, cash and UPI collection, reminders and the daily cash check. It does not log visitors, manage gate security, run society accounting, or handle amenity booking.
If your society or complex needs those, MyGate, NoBrokerHood and ADDA cover that ground. Some operators run ParkIn OS for parking money alongside one of those for the rest.
ParkIn OS publishes its prices on this site: see the live figures below or the full plan breakdown on the pricing page. MyGate, NoBrokerHood and ADDA do not publish pricing publicly as far as we have found; each is sold on a quote after you get in touch with them.
That means a direct number-for-number comparison is not something we can make honestly. What we can say is that ParkIn OS's price is public before you talk to anyone.
Free is a permanent plan, not a time-limited trial: up to 10 vehicles, unlimited staff logins, manual cash and UPI recording, works without internet, receipts and the three core reports, for as long as you stay under that cap. No card required to start.
Only if parking is the only thing you need software for. ParkIn OS does not do visitor logs, gate security, maintenance billing or amenity booking, so it will not replace a full society management platform on its own.
If parking dues are the specific pain point and the rest of the suite is either unused or handled another way, ParkIn OS is a narrower, cheaper, purpose-built tool for that one job.
