ParkIn OS tracks parking by vehicle. Each resident or vehicle you register gets its own dues ledger, payment history and receipts, separate from anyone else's.
No minimum. The Free plan covers up to 10 vehicles with unlimited staff logins, for as long as you stay under that cap, and no card is required to start.
Yes. Receipts are serial-numbered and GST-ready with a tax line item. Many RWAs' parking collections qualify for GST exemption, and ParkIn OS has an exemption toggle for that case; if your society does charge tax on parking, receipts carry your GSTIN.
